Terms of Use
Last Updated: 18/10/2026
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the citycontractor.com website (the “Site”), operated by Desoline Inc. (“Desoline”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Your installation and use of the City Contractor software is governed by the separate End User License Agreement.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. The Site and the Software
The Site provides information about City Contractor and lets you download it. Downloading, installing, or using City Contractor is subject to the End User License Agreement. Where these Terms of Use and the End User License Agreement conflict regarding the software, the End User License Agreement prevails.
The Windows installer offers an optional third-party service, Massive, that is governed by Massive's own terms. See the disclosure on our download section and our Privacy Policy for details.
3. Acceptable Use of the Site
You agree not to:
- use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or related systems, or interfere with their operation or security;
- use automated means to scrape, overload, or disrupt the Site;
- submit false, misleading, abusive, or unlawful content through our contact form; or
- redistribute City Contractor installers from the Site or present them as your own, or host modified copies.
4. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, the City Contractor name and marks, and software, are owned by Desoline or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site content without our prior written permission. Third-party names and marks mentioned on the Site belong to their respective owners; their mention does not imply affiliation or endorsement.
5. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites and services, including Massive. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
6. Disclaimer
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. INFORMATION ON THE SITE IS PROVIDED FOR GENERAL INFORMATION ONLY.
7. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PARTY FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, RELIANCE, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY RELATING TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED FIFTY DOLLARS ($50.00).
Nothing in these Terms of Use excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, or any statutory rights you have as a consumer.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without giving effect to its choice of law rules. Any legal action arising out of or relating to the Site shall be filed exclusively in the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yaffo, except that if you are a consumer, nothing in this section deprives you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.
