1. Information We Collect

We ask users not to submit sensitive personal information unless it is specifically necessary for the requested service.

Website and Technical Information

When you visit playforge.club, certain technical information may be collected automatically by us or our service providers, including:

We use this information for website operation, security, analytics, troubleshooting, performance measurement, advertising attribution, and improvement of our Services.

Game Usage Data

PlayForge Games are owned and operated by Desoline.

To maintain and improve the Games, each time a Game starts it may send Desoline a small launch message over HTTPS containing limited technical information: a random installation identifier generated by the Game, the Game version and build, your operating system and its version, and session duration. A Game may also send crash reports describing the technical error, the Game version, and the device model and Android version.

This information is used to understand Game usage, count installations, monitor stability and performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and improve the Games.

This information does not include your name, email address, contacts, photos, location, screen contents, keystrokes, mouse or touch activity, saved games, or other personal content.

Saved Games and Settings

Your saved games, progress, and settings are stored locally on your device. Desoline does not receive them. If you uninstall a Game or clear its data, your local progress may be deleted.

Android App Permissions

The Android version of a Game requests only the device permissions it needs to run, such as internet access for the launch message described above. You can review and manage the permissions granted to a Game at any time in your device's Android settings.

2. How We Use Information

5. Microsoft Advertising and Universal Event Tracking (UET)

Where Microsoft Advertising Universal Event Tracking ("UET") or other Microsoft Advertising technology is implemented on playforge.club, Microsoft may collect or receive personal data and technical information from visitors to our website.

Depending on the configuration and user consent, this may include information such as:

Desoline may use Microsoft Advertising and UET to understand how users arrive at PlayForge, measure advertising campaign performance, attribute downloads or other conversions to advertising campaigns, and improve the effectiveness of our advertising.

You can opt out of personalized advertising from Microsoft at https://account.microsoft.com/privacy/ad-settings.
